Seton Ivy Award                                                                                                                            2017

The Seton Ivy Award was awarded to the directors of Science in the News in recognition of:

  1. Outstanding efforts to sustain and expand the partnership between Yale and New Haven

  2. The efforts to make science more accessible to the members of the New Haven community

 

Annie Le Fellowship                                                                                                                     2016 – 2017

To be selected as an Annie Le fellow, students are nominated by faculty based off of the following criteria:

1) Demonstration of leadership in service to Yale and the surrounding community

2) Exemplary record of academic achievement as a young scientist

3) Outstanding interpersonal skills

 

Best “Research in Progress” Seminar in Genetics Department                                                      2015

Elected as best seminar speaker for 2015 by the faculty and graduate students of the genetics department
